Jeff Krolosky’s background in California real estate and mortgage lending spans more than 25 years. He began his career as a licensed real estate broker in Orange County — one of the most active and complex property markets in the state — developing a deep working knowledge of how California homeowners build, protect, and leverage equity over time.
From there, Jeff moved through every major loan category, working across conventional loans, FHA, VA, and commercial financing before focusing his practice on the product he believes serves California’s senior homeowners best: the Home Equity Conversion Mortgage.
Today Jeff operates out of Citizens Lending Group’s Anaheim Hills office, where he works directly with senior homeowners and their families throughout Orange County and Southern California — answering every question, explaining every number, and never pushing a decision before a client is ready.
