Choose a time that works for you — in person at 5557 E Santa Ana Canyon Rd, Anaheim Hills, by phone, or by video call. Appointments typically run 45 to 60 minutes. If you need more time, that’s fine too.
Bring family if it helps
We encourage you to bring anyone who will be part of the decision — a spouse, an adult child, a trusted friend. If family members can’t make it in person, we can schedule a separate call or include them by video. There’s no version of this conversation where family being involved is a problem.
Jeff walks you through everything
Jeff will explain how a reverse mortgage works, walk through what the numbers look like for your specific home and situation, and answer every question you bring. Nothing is off the table. If a reverse mortgage isn’t the right fit for you, Jeff will tell you that.
No next step is required
At the end of the conversation, you decide what happens next — if anything. There is no follow-up pressure. No application is started without your explicit agreement. You’re welcome to take the information home, discuss it with family, and come back when you’re ready — or not at all.

To make the most of your time, it helps to have a rough idea of:
- Your home’s approximate value — a recent Zillow estimate or your last property tax assessment is a good starting point.
- Whether you have an existing mortgage, and approximately what the remaining balance is.
- Your age, and the age of any co-borrower on the title.
- The questions or concerns you’d most like Jeff to address — there are no wrong ones.
You don’t need documents, financials, or anything formal. This is a conversation, not an application. Bring whatever you have and Jeff will work with it.
I’ve been in this business for over 25 years, and I’ve never once rushed a decision.
